Guys one of my 8 week olds just got his beak caught in the hardware cloth on the run and cracked his beak badly! I brought him in and cleaned it with veterycin and now he’s sitting in the corner of the brooder in pain. What else can I do!? @aart @Eggcessive @nuthatched @rosemarythyme

Yes, that is how some of the links say to repair a beak, is which an empty tea bag and superglue/crazy glue. Some say not to do that, but to leave it to a pro. If an avian vet is available they would be experts on fixing a beak. But the beak is going to be very painful for a few days, and I would examine it to access all of the damage. I would offer fluids often and some mushy wet chicken feed, egg and dry crumbles as well.
Oof never dealt with that before. Wonder if you can use a bit of tea bag + super glue, like how you fix a broken nail?
