Help my Aunts chicken please!

Hello, I know very little about this bird just the info I’m giving you. She has been standing them laying in her side. She doesn’t so it for long. Unsure age but is young… to young for eggs. Won’t let my aunt pick her up. Please help y’all. Worried is marek's.
