HELP-BLACK SPOTS ON FEET

Hi everyone:
I posted my question a couple of days ago, and now have pics...the spots on Penelope's feet look like dried poop..they are dark and dry...dont know if the pics will help, but I cant find a vet around here that deals with chickens, so you guys are my professionals..please let me know anything that you can add to help...also posting my unprofessional coop pics for your entertainment..please check them out and let me know if I forgot anything...

It almost looks like it's warts...have you tried take the patches off?
It could also be bumblefoot, which is a majorly insidious staph infection.
