Hello I'm new and please help my hatch!

I have button quail that have incubated 16 days (not counting the first day). One pipped at wrong end of egg yesterday at 4pm. It is now 10PM EST and its beak is out, but it has not unzipped or made any progress. Temp 99.5, humidity 65%. Should I assist and if so, what do I do? I'm worried!
