Howdy youngster. To keep yourself protected, please don't tell us your age.... We enjoy you young people bringing a fresh perspective to this board, but also want you kept safe. How many chickens in that flock are yours? We have 6 layers, 6 14 week old, 4 3 week olds and a roo. Oh an 2 cats, a rabitt and a dog.

What breeds are they cheap? I wouldlove to see them if you are going to show them. I have no idea if any of mine are show quality... I do have one RIR that is just the most gorgeous RIR I have ever seen, lighter on her chest with the dark red outlining the feathers.

Welcome to the coop...my kids are getting set up to show next year. The oldest boy is going to show cornish bantams and we are still looking for birds for the younger one. Entered some birds at the fair last year and got some blue ribbons...best of luck to you!
