From Hoovers but were in a mixed bin. Breed?

Any idea on the breed of these two? The store I got them from as chicks said they came from Hoovers but they ordered all the mixed variety groups and then put all of those together in one bin. They are both pullets, one may have just started laying (passes the pelvic bone check) but I can’t be certain of egg color as I get both blue and brown eggs daily.

The first one looks similar to my cinnamon queens! Newer to this, so could be totally wrong.

See I’m pretty new to chickens so not as experienced. I would’ve assumed the second one was a cockerel? Am I mad or does she look like one?

Second one has a female specific pattern.
