Do your birds talk to you?

One of my girls has her iconic “BRRRRRRRRR BAH BRRRRRR” that means she is displeased with something. She makes her (what I call it) anger sound to get the pullets away from her or to say she doesn’t want to be picked up.
My wyandotte on the other hand has a super sweet and kind “Bok bok?” noise she makes when she wants to sit on my lap. She just gives the pullets a death glare of an angry old grandma to get them scurrying away.
I haven’t really been able to decipher what my pullet’s noises mean yet.

OMG! LOVE THE HAT!

Mine talk to me when I come in the coop and night and check their crops. I ask if I can play with their Belly Bump and some say ok and some back away. I have some lovely white giant girls that will give hugs and sing a sweet song while they do. The are the sweetest girls I've ever had.
What nice birds! It reminds me of when someone I know said he thought chickens laid down when sleeping.
Imagine if they slept like this on the ground! They would all be dinner 🤣
