Do you think she's Old English? Or even a she?

I bought this little girl 10 days ago from one of our less-than-standard local gentlemen. He had over 100 birds wandering around loose and unfenced on his property. He had about 40 babies in a laundry basket with no food or water. I had space for two, bought them and brought them home. This one is about five weeks old (-ish: he had no idea). He claimed she was an Old English, but she has feathers on her legs. She has the upright stance and stand-up tail. She's an odd color pattern, too: tarnished-penny color everwhere but the long feathers on her wings and tail, where she's barred. All of this, of course, assumes that she's a she. The guy claimed that he got her as a bonus from a hatchery.

First, that is a little rooster.

Second. It is either a mille fleur booted bantam or, a barnyard mix. Maybe OEGB X D'uccle.
