I am in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and I am okay with finding a meeting place in between our locations to lessen driving.
Rooster is a Buckeye, known for being the only american breed with a peacomb.
Hens include:
Buckeye. There is a chance of getting purebred buckeyes. Only breed in America developed solely by a woman. Only American breed with a peacomb.
Silver Laced Wyandotte, known for being great egg layers and extremely cold hardy.
Speckled Sussex, known for being gentle breeds that are easy to handle. Good for beginner chicken keepers.
Black Copper Marans, known for their dark brown eggs and docile temperament.
