Chicken with bad infection on mouth/face (was Vitamin B complex injectable dosage for chicken)

Hello all,

I have a hen that has been having facial scabs for over 10 months now. No vet could help, no antibiotic is working, no other treatments have been helping. In fact, her skin issues are getting worse. I have done some research and am now thinking it may be a vitamin issue? I ordered Durvet Vitamin B complex injectable. I would like to know what the dosage for a large fowl hen is, and how many injections she should get. She weighs 4.6 lbs.

The purple on her scab/ at her eye is gentian violet.

Since the bird has been seen by a vet I would suggest asking the vet.

The vet won't answer. And she also says she could get in trouble for giving me dosage suggestions for items not approved for use in poultry...
that's why i am asking here.

Does she have scabs on any other part of her body? Did the vet mention cancer as possibility?

It's not fowl pox. She's been having those scabs for 10 months. They're always coming back.
