At four weeks she's already got the "bar of slate" on her back feathers that Nettie Metcalf described.

There are 6 Buckeye pullets in it. They are 22 weeks old and laying.

Cedar, our cockerel in the older group. Pullets in the back are 21 1/2 weeks old. Everyone is checking out their new seasonal home! The tractor is for the warmer months only. During the winter they will be in the main coop.
