There’s a couple that are dark and full but most look like this. It’s sucks that those are all bad.

It’s day 16. A lot of my eggs look like this so what do you guys think, good or bad? I know it’s really bright but I hope you get the idea.

I have eggs due to hatch soon but I’m gone for the weekend when I’m supposed to take egg turner out. My options are to take it out Day 16 or Day 20. Which one will give the chicks the best chance?

I have 9 chicks. The brooder is 4x4 with wood shavings at the bottom. Currently I clean it out about every other week but looking at how often everyone else cleans their brooders, should I clean it more often? But even after two weeks the shavings always still look fresh so idk.

My instincts say that I should wait until they start breeding and see if the girl grows

Two are about 1 year the other is about 4-5 months and the roosters seem to like other chickens that look like them.
