My birds love peppers. Bell peppers aren't spicy, but birds don't have the same reaction to capsaicin that mammals do, so they can eat all kinds of peppers without feeling the heat.
I wish I had left over bell peppers to feed my birds. I never do because there are too good and I eat them all.
