I am so worried. Its been exactly 21 days since I put fertile eggs in my incubator. I followed all instructions. I had one egg pip this morning but nothing since. I am very afraid i might have a hatch disaster. I guess I might have to place a chick order. i would be happy with just three hatching.

I just wanted to let everyone know that unfortunately we had to put our lil hen down. It ended up that she actually had "water belly" and it just seemed day by day she was failing. It was a very hard decision as you can keep them alive by draining their belly every 2 to 3 months but in the end I felt this is not the life a hen should live. Thank you all so much for your help. i am so lucky to be a part of this forum.

I am so sorry. I think you sound like an amazing chicken Mama for being willing to put your dear gal down. I think chickens deserve better than to suffer. So good job and I hope you can find another hen as good or better to replace your old girl.
