Slipped tendon/ ideas to try and help please

Hello friends/ day old chick has a slipped tendon and her leg is extending backwards
Any and all suggestions to try and help her / she is strong and trying hard!
I got her with the speaddle hobbles on hanging out wrapped in gauge ina. Little jam jar In the browser with her friends
All suggestions gratefully appreciated !
