Offering Young BCM Rooster in Oakland, CA

I need to rehome beautiful, 6-month old Black Copper Marans rooster that I named Roo Paul. Broody hatched on 7/24/23 from lovely dark brown speckled eggs I got from a local breeder, who had selected the parent chickens for very dark egg color. His father is a BCM and his mother is a blue birchen Marans. All 4 of the chicks were BCM, though blues and birchens were possible. Pics include one of his great-grandma hen, a sister hen, and her first pullet egg. I should be able to show eggs from his sisters very soon, but some new neighbor called animal control and I'm on a tight schedule!
He's a good boy and easy to handle. Vaccinated for Merek's.
Looking for a home where he can free range most days. I could potentially drive him to you and would consider selling a hen too. $40 seems a fair price for him, but I can negotiate.
