That goose eggs make incredibly creamy custard ice cream. I had some eggs frozen in my freezer and needed to use them and wow, it was the best vanilla ice cream ever. Now I wish I hadn't given all those goose eggs away.

Thanks...Sadly I'm too old to get another. People don't realize they can live up to 25 yrs old so they are a commitment.
