I have a question about about telling a female's age based on cere color. Not sure if you'll be able to help me, but if not maybe someone else will.

Young females have pale blue/white ceres, while females in breeding condition have brown. As far as I know their cere turns brown at 6-7 months. In that case is a female with a pale blue/white cere guaranteed to be under 6 months old?

No, a white, sometimes also pale blue, cere can simply mean not in breeding condition, at any age.
