I've read a lot about the different ways of storing eggs, including unwashed, washed, freeze dried, water glassed in lime, etc.
However, I haven't yet seen this question:
If unwashed eggs are stored in the refrigerator for a while (5+ days), is it safe to remove them from the fridge and store them at room temperature? We were blessed to have someone watching the farm while we were out of town, but they put our new, unwashed eggs in the fridge, which we would not normally do. Can we safely take them out of the fridge for a week or three?
