Chick with a poopy bottom ( gross photo)

I have a chick that is around a week and a half old. His bottom gets and below get covered in poo which hardens meaning he can’t go to the toilet after, I noticed it yesterday and cleaned it all up. I then checked again today and noticed it had done the same thing and was bleeding . None of the others have this and he eats normally except I can’t find his crop i don’t know if its normal or not. He is wobbly too I don’t know if that have anything to do with it. Can anyone help me out please ? Advice too would be great.
