They hatched under my Mandarin. My Hooded put eggs in 3 boxes this year and didn't sit any, she's lazy. My Wood duck hatched 2 a couple weeks ago along with 2 Mandarins and her Wood ducks. Then the mandarin hatched 4 Hoodeds. Now my other Wood duck has at least 1 Hooded hatch with her eggs that are hatching now. You can watch the Mandarin hatch a hooded here.

Wow. That incredible to watch. she looked a bit shocked that it was moving in the being.

They are incredibly cute! And already so good at diving! I'd have been tempted to just climb in there and "play" (catch) with them.
