I have never used that type of incubator, but most the automatic egg-turners stand eggs up like that. Read the fine print, I think you might not have to turn them.
What make and model is that incubator? Did it come with instructions?
You do not want to flip those eggs. That would cause all kinds of problems with the air cells.
Sometimes the eggs are incubated laying on their sides. An auto turner normally rolls them slowly or a human makes marks on opposite sides and turns then from one side to the other.
Sometimes the eggs are incubated standing up with pointy side down. That keeps the air cell at the top. Auto turners move them about 45 degrees from vertical to one side then move them 45 degrees from vertical to the other, going through a 90 degree rotation. In different types of incubators than this, humans sometimes mimic that movement.
To me that looks like an auto turner. I don't see how a human could turn them. I'm not familiar with that incubator though, you'd have to tell me the make and model so I could look up the instructions before I could help you.
