    I just got my four silkies on Friday and haven’t had them in rain yet, today it poured cats & dogs. Even though they have a warm & dry coop and enclosed run— rose decided to break out the Mohawk and sit in the rain 😂

    Extra feathers on hen’s head

    Hello! This chicken was sold to us as an “Olive-Egger” We have two Olive Egger hens, but this one has a bit of a Mohawk. Does anyone else have a similar chicken with these extra special feathers? :) thanks, Michelle
