So I'll have to breed any of their babies to another silkie to get the look I want to see right?
I know I post to many pics of her but I finally got a good picture of her colors. Even has beautiful blue lacing on her neck feathers. Lemonchello again lol
Anyone have Easter Egger Silkie? My blue ee boy has been hanging and mating with my silkies. Have a couple eggs under a broody. My frizzled Bantam has also tried with silkies so no matter what they'll be cool but hoping for the EE cross.
Thanks I have been in denial because we sold the other female black and white EE. I have a beautiful blue boy and I really don't need two EE roos for my breeding plans. I have some blue laced red Wyandottes I want to cross them with and see what I get.
I can't remember if I mentioned it @NorthTexasWink but Chicadee Hatchery has beautiful EEs. Out of the 7 I got from them 3 were pretty black and white and 4 were shades of blue and grey. If your ever looking for more I can't recommend them enough. Speaking of mine can you guys confirm this is...
Lol oops. I will say if you want beautiful EEs go to a place called Chicadee Hatchery. I'm spelling it wrong but her birds are gorgeous. We got 7 and not a one was gold. Almost all are pretty blue/lavender colored. Light and dark. Here's the ones I didnt sell
The lighter one...
@NorthTexasWink most of mine look like yours. Out of the 30 I had only one black and white I sold and then this little girl that were different. The rest are all the typical coloring. This one is very friendly too.
Hey guys anyone ever have a girl like this and have pic?
The one on the left. Pic doesnt do her justice but shes got a bright yellow head and a blueish body. Came in a group of 30 from ideal. Planned on selling all of them but might keep het.
We did Greek gods and goddesses for our Wyandottes and dragon names from literature for my East Indie ducks. I think our EE flock is the only ones without a theme. All of our EEs belong to my daughter so whatever pops into her head goes.
