So, I made meatballs but did not eat them. I got a short notice babysitting job (2 kids 6+ hours). Supper was Mac N cheese with ham. And I had chocolate cake batter too. Yes, I am a five year old at heart. 🤫

I fry them in a skillet and then slow cook them in a crock pot full of sauce.
