When I sprained my ankle, they moved my foot over to open up the sprain! That did hurt a lot. They did apologize for the pain in advance though. Hopefully they pain will be better for you soon

Thanks! Allergies are very common in my Family. We will be moving into a lower allergen time now but that comes with hotter days.

We had some prune trees that had suckers take over! The fruit was yellow and tart-- likely plum stock. It made very good Jam!

Today I took an Allertec, Allerflo nasal spray and I just used allergy eye drops. Hopefully allergies will be tolerable today!

I got the work done in the morning and then spent time making an Angel food cake and Posole. Both were very tasty!

We hit 95F yesterday. Today I need to change two nozzles in he misting line. We will get close to 100F next Thursday.
