I’m sure you’ve already said it, but can you remind what the genetics of Indo is? I watched the videos of him eating a chicks awhile back, I thought was wild.
I like the videos. I learned from you about having the black soldier fly larva in the deep litter of the brooder. I deep filled my 4x4 pen that’s off the ground with pecan leaves and now the birds feed underneath when the larva fall out.
Do you know of anybody crossing grey jungle fowl with domestic chickens? I’d like to see the results.
I hear greys are easier to keep than the Red JF and the Ceylon. The ceylons need a steady diet of live food from what I’ve read.
I watched a bunch of your YouTube videos. Very cool project. When I was young my grandmas homestead had free ranging game fowl and your birds remind of them.
