I think when social media joined forces with video games conditions for children got even worse and perhaps for some adults who never get outside to work in a garden also.

I was in Costco and at the time was not having cramps from sweating out my electrolytes and cramping. So far my Gatorade Zero has done the job. I will look into Liquid IV. There is a long hot summer in the garden ahead and I need to know all my options other than pickle juice. :)

Me too. It's rained a lot more than was forecast earlier. Can't see to check for damage until daylight. I know that we will not be in certain places on the homestead here until the sun shines on them for a day or two. Going to try an sleep some more.
