It is! I heat the filling on the stove top. If not doing that it takes an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. It reheats in the microwave nicely too.

My version of Shepherds pie. Frozen pie crust (cause I don't want to do one from scratch) Cooked ground beef, a can of cream of mushroom soup, an onion, mixed veggies, salt and pepper then topped with leftover mashed potatoes and baked for about 45 minutes. Easy and tasty.

Pork loin chops, mashed potatoes, pan gravy and green beans here. I might make a cheater cake (from a box mix).

I am doing some pre cooking things today so will go super simple with hamburger helper tonight. While keeping a close eye on the big puppy (very recently neutered) I will try to get the pasta salad, potato salad, deviled eggs and cornbread cooked today. I MIGHT manage a pumpkin pie too...

Something with steak tonight. Chicken fried sounds really good but I am to tired tonight.

We ended up with leftovers here. Hubs did chili dogs. Son did chili cheese fries. I had leftover stir fry with ramen.

I may try to grill tonight. I have a steak calling my name lol.
