Most likely. It's a shock to be introduced to a completely new herd, so I'm sure he's crying for his mom and friends. Give him a week or two, and he'll be fine.

I highly recommend them. They're hardy (MUCH more so than Nubians), and are easy milkers. We love our girls! But you know, most likely all four of these babies will be for sale after they are weaned. Where are you located?
Had 2 babies born a few days ago. BOTH GIRLS! The momma, Cream, has given us doe twins for 2 years now. Such a good girl. Now I'm waiting on my 2 other does to kid. Thought it would for sure be the day before yesterday. Then I just KNEW it was going to yesterday. Girls, c'mon! But I guess...
All I can suggest is putting a few egg yolks into her milk, as well as coconut milk, if you have some. We always do that for our bottle babies, and it has seemed to help.
I have a bottle baby at the moment, and we keep her inside our kitchen (which has tiled floors). She sleeps in a dog crate at intervals during the day, and let me tell you, it gets STINKY. But she is adorable.
