Hatched 3 new silkies Monday, 2 blacks and a paint, bought a paint roo to go in my paint pen, bought a Silver roo to go in my Silver Partridge pen, picking up 6 more blacks 1st weekend of Nov, now to wait till Spring! Hopefully everyone will be laying by then. I will have whites, blacks...

I couldnt see your birds legs in the photo and was going by mostly body feathering. The body feathering looks pretty darn close, and Murray carries the brown leghorns

Was taking updated photos of the chocolate silkies. The flash scared this guy, and this is what I got........LOL

That is why I am being so picky about my Silkie eggs. I have gotten eggs from show stock only. No guarantee they will be show quality, but a darn good chance!
