Ah, gotcha, thanks for the clarification. My (new) front loader can take powder or liquid BUT it's also got this automatic detergent dosing system in it. You just put these big plastic containers in the bottom and it adds the right amount depending on what you tell it about how dirty the load...
It's so irritating. Some of the stock at the shops isn't there. For example, I go into Officeworks (sells office supplies, computers, stuff like that) and there'll be a ticket on the shelf "order this online". You're a shop, why can't you sell it to me? I want it now, not in 2 weeks...
I was recently given some and looked it up before deciding where to put it. I read that it can cause an allergic skin reaction. (Just the plant, not in a cream)
They'd probably go for a new plant, when it's all soft. Mine is ancient, and it's extremely woody and "tough". My bunnies love it though. Good bunny tooth-grinding food.
I don't think she's eating it. If she wanted to eat it, she could probably do it from the ground. She's actually standing on a tiered plant stand that is behind the rosemary, she's not in the bush (which is about 5ft tall). Most new growth on that thing is on the top. I've hacked it down low...
She is. I took down one fence and replaced it with this new one because the girls could fit through the old one. She's the only one who has been penetrating the barrier. I tell her she'll end up in a stew pot if she doesn't knock it off.
I found this odd blossom in my rosemary..... :D
Bloody Daisy (that's not daisy in the above photo, you can find Daisy's photo on the FBI's most wanted list) keeps invading my veggie garden. Sigh. She's decided to lay under the parsley. All my flower seedlings are gone and I think she's...
I'm pretty sure she's gone up and over (both times). When I found her in there and went in to fish her out, she ran back and forth not wanting me to grab her, and then she took to the skies and leapt over the fence.... I bet my dog chased her in there. She is only little and she's quite...
Until you can't identify the kitchen scraps/everything looks like dirt. OR whenever you feel like it. It really depends on where you want to put it. Anywhere near food crops, you need it to be proper compost. Under some manky shrub, you can let it rot on the ground.
And yes, you should...
I've got a Mrs Beatons or some ancient one around here somewhere. That's got all sorts of weird stuff in it, I think. Stuff like potted hare and stuff in aspic. Isn't it funny how things go out of fashion?
