Love your blue berries! I have 3 young shrubs...my 4 year old collected 99% of the "green" berries for a counting game :th a rouge chicken got the other 1% :gig I got THREE blue berries this year :lau
Getting daily peaches, toms, cucs, green beans & berries. Flowers rescued last year are blooming! Have purple Tomatillos, gold Tomatillos, more toms, carrots, bell, cayenne and banana peppers growing well too. Loving spring.
I want to do this...whatcha think?
I have this mound next to rabbitry. It's not going anywhere and drops off the back of the mound pretty steep. The vines/weeds are relentless here :(
I also have a pile of spent rabbit hay. We burn it, chop n compost, cover crops but still have loads of it...

Elephant ears were shaded 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
Cannas were shaded the same.
Floating water lettuce got huge!
Floating water hyacynth grew tall...
Harvested *a* sweet pepper lol.
But the fresh seeded gardens are SPROUTING! Yay! I'm so excited lol doh. Seedlings excite me in the fall...rows of broccoli, turnips, beets, spinach, beans, peas, carrots coming up! :) now...I have to keep the bugs away :/
I planted a fall crop today...
2 kinds of broccoli, romaine & red leaf lettuce, peas, green beans, carrots, turnips, radish, beets, swiss chard Brussels sprouts, and some left over toms and eggplant starts (who knows! Lol) have jalapenos, habaneros and banana peppers going too.
