Hey ladies and gents. Been a while since last I was on. But just wanted to share my first silkie eggs. OMG they are cute. These girls are hatched by incubator in may and today two laid.

I don't personally agree to powder as they can't regulate what amount they eat. But oven or sun dried is the same to me and crushed not powdered is best for self regulation

Thanks Anni. They are so far well behaved. Have two roosters that I'm aware of. But have straight comb and walnut cons so .... it's a fun game to guess

You can import from overseas HOWEVER, the cost is Hundreds of thousands. Avgen did 2 or 3 imports and lost one import because one bird tested positive for disease. Our Australian quarantine laws are very strict. So. Sourcing birds from Australia ..... GumTree !!! Or ask here !
