Size will depend on where the chocs came from, I have seen a couple different sizes in them, some way big for bantams. I am not sure you will find any UK bantam blacks in the US, not sure if anyone has imported pure black yet?? For me I will be taking my chocs to one of the very best American...

I have my first few buffs of the season in the incubator now from my show stock.
I have hatched quite a few pure bantam buff orps and NEVER have I had that. I agree NOT normal smutt and would not use them as regular buffs and unfortunately you will probably not be able to show them, looks like something may have jumped pens at the hatchery.
Depends on what you are wanting, there is much more American bantam orps than English (only a couple with those in other colors than chocolate at this time)
