Jeremy, I think I have a blue and two blacks from Skoche and Imprimus, and a splash from Ultrasuede and either Katia or Cloud, their eggs are identical. Some Delaware chicks in the picture, too. These are for Gloria Jean: Excuse the poop - you know how it goes! I am not sure the hatch is done...

speaking of prices, is it OK for me to ask what pricing to put on eggs or birds that have the "Royal" bloodlines? I am really far behind on this thread, but what would be reasonable for a 50% roo, or 75% eggs?

HenThymes, I plan on showing up for a couple of hours at least, nothing to show, but I like to leave Delaware literature around, and meet people - will you be there right away in the morning? I have a GOOD avian vet with 45 minutes of me, I think I will call and see what he says about AI. This...

I've been hiding in with my Delawares and waiting for these kids to grow up! I am just in love with my black girls looks, they do remind me of your O's, Joy. I just am dithering about which roo to let go- I don't need three blues at this point- not with just three girls, and I am thinking to...

I apologize to you all for not being here for ages, life has been hectic. But my beauties from Joy are all "growed up" and crowing and about ready to make babies themselves, so I though I would post for a few opinions. Since I only have three girls, they will all stay, but I am having...

Jeremy- don't be too sure about your big butt Orps not flying- mine refuse to use the ramp yet, and fly down and fly all over the run. Skoche in particular - she wiggles down into the grass almost like a cat, then launches herself.

I love the crowing, too. My boys are only 9 weeks old, but at least one of them is giving it his best shot every morning for the last 4 or 5 days- ERR, ERR, ERRRRR. I hope the "roo" part of it comes in, cuz he sounds pretty funny. He hears Ultrasuede and Alexander, and then chimes in. I...
