Thanks. It's soooo smoky here from multiple fires around us, but as soon as we have a clear sunny day I need to get more (better) pictures of them. The roo has filled out a lot since then and is so pretty

It really does depend on the bird. Some lay every day and some just lay about 3 eggs/week. I pluck the feathers around the vents of both the hens and the cocks. Seems the pullets will start laying a few weeks to a month or so before the cockerel is mature enough. Patience......kills me haha.
