    Make sure your pond has a good way to drain and filter. Ours did not and we had some duck DEATHS. We have gone back to a simpler, smaller, easy to dump pool.

    a clawfoot sounds kinda deep, you would need to devise a way for them to climb in and out. ducks will kill off the grass unless you have a large area for the amount of ducks. very large.

    I would too....I have a seasonal waterway I'd like to dam up and slow down on its way down the hill so my ducks have a fun playground and the space gets used to best advantage. Are you on a slope like I am, Higglettypigletty?
