Looking at the Brinsea Mini Advance incubator. Has anyone used it? I've heard good and bad things about the incubator and Brinsea's customer service.

2 of the 5 chicks are doing poorly. I thought for sure one of them was going to die a few hours ago; it was just laying there breathing heavily. But now it just droops like the other one. I checked all of them today and a few have decent sized clumps of mites clustered by their beak or eyes...
