The way your poult's wings look is normal for turkeys and does not need any treatment.

Not angel wing and will grow out properly.

This is not uncommon in young poults. I have seen it quite often in Bourbon Reds but have not seen it in my Blue Slates. The poult will grow out of it as it matures.
