Metzer's "Welsh Harlequins" do not have the sex-linked bill color. Some may, but I doubt it.
Mine did. All three girls had pink bills.
As for your khaki, the young males have female looking plumage until they get their "big boy" feathers.

I missed this earlier. Girls usually have an almost pink bill. It is very light colored. Boys have dark colored bills.

There was a transition on my ducks. If the duck peeps happily along and then makes a weird loud noise, it is usually a girl. They end up with a very wide vocal range. Boys seem to just get gradually quieter and more monotone.
Can I make a suggestion to state that the above methods do not work with Muscovy, only with the Mallard Derivative breeds.
