    Yeah. That makes sense. The chicks also seem to be choosing to go under Dottie (the pekin x silkie). I’m just worried that she going to be upset by it 😭

    Yeah. I don’t know it just gives me so much anxiety because she sat on them for two weeks 😭😭😭😭but as long as she’s not depressed or unhappy.

    I hope so too. She’s currently acting like she’s still sitting on eggs but I think that’s just because her baby’s hatched recently.

    I’ve had to put two broodys together both have two chicks the one is a silkie and the a silkie x pekin bantam. My silkie has barely left the coop in the past few days but the pekin x silkie has been foraging and as a result the all the chicks have followed her she is very possessive over them...
