I'm thinking the same. It'll be a little while before you know that the second one is for sure a pullet, because Silkies develop slowly, so that one could sprout a comb in the next few weeks and surprise you. But I think the first one is definitely a cockerel.

Silkies are notoriously difficult to sex. It's probably still too early to tell, but close up photos of their combs would help.
