Update: I saw movement and the hole is bigger now but seems the chick not able to penetrate the inner layer

Hey so I'm on day 20 and this egg pipped like 12h ago, other eggs that pipped later after this one already hatched, I still have other eggs in there but this one in particular worrying me, Shou I help it by opening that small hole a little more? Note: I see no movement
