    Thank you. That helps. Sometimes the eggs feel a little cold when I bring them in because the weather outside is cool. But it sounds like as long as I let the condensation dry without rubbing them I can go ahead and put them in to glass them.

    My directions say 1 oz of lime per 1 qt of water. But it doesn't say 1 ounce by weight or by measuring spoon. How do I know which it is, please?
