Whether they are drip or misters depends on the holes and structure of the nozzles. I didn't look too closely, but the system in the 2nd link is for drip. They don't appear to be misting nozzles or adjustable for misting. Usually they can adjust to control some of the flow of water, but drip...

I prefer the misters (first link) over the drip irrigation. Misters overhead is more cooling and it saves more water. The drip will puddle, make things too wet and waste water. The mister seems a little too heavy-duty for a chicken coop. You don't need that many nozzles unless you have like 150...
