Grey call ducklings look just like mallard ducklings. I've had lots of those.

Neither one of them are gray unless they would happen to be grey pied. Or grey penciled... I'm not sure of gray penciled is even a thing though. Boy they sure are cute! Thanks a lot , now you are making me want to have ducklings and I have no place to put any right now.

My best guess would be black pied or black penciled. But I am not overly experienced with ducklings of those colors.
