Thank you for the update. It's good that she's been eating and drinking on her own, this is improvement. Hopefully you will see more improvement over the next day or so. Keep us posted on how she's doing.

What does her neck feel like? Can you feel her crop, anything in it? I'd try working on getting the sugar water or electrolytes into her a @MarlaMac has suggested. See if she begins to come around.
