The sheriff already did "no trespass" the neighbor. I read that in the thread, but not sure I saw anything about restraining orders.

They have a Sheriff's no-trespassing order. That's better than a sign.

That's in Wisconsin too, but where OP is, it's only one person, and the Sheriff issued her a no-trespass order already, so that's sufficient. Here, we too have to put up signs, but if it is one person, I believe they'd do what OP's Sheriff did.
