This is something we've gone back and forth on. We'll see how she's used and what the feedback is and potentially change this if it's the best decision for the community as a whole."
IMHO BYC can provide a great service to it's members by allowing access to the Artificial Intelligence wave...
Understood, simply trying to provide context to what is going on more broadly n the generative AI industry.
As you will have noticed many asks to TudeBot are not related to chickens. Obviously huge interest in the topic.
Most of what you refer to as temporary learning is NOT programming it is just more data collected from it's interaction with one of us.
The temporary nature is because this "new data" is not parsed by OpenAI into their underlying data set. The link I included above indicates that work is...
Yes. However the compute power to parse the internet is huge. OpenAI spent ~$41Million to rent something like 1200 cpus to load ChatBot3.0. I read that another of the LLM (large language model) Bot builders spent over $400M.
Yes again.
This is only partially correct.
ChatBot (on which Tude is based) evolves in two ways - programming and the "data set" that it has parsed.
Nifty identified that Tude is based on ChatBot3.5, the latest model version is ChatBot4. OpenAI (the company that built it) controls the evolution of both...
TudyBot is here to stay; I applaud NiftyChicken {and crew!) for the decision to include members is deciding how.
Why "TudyBOT"?
Perhaps obvious - making it a member, thus integrating AI to leverage site capabilities, is brilliant.
Already it is difficult to follow what TudeBot threads are...
